RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • There is a manufacturing defect

Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Product must be unused

  • Original tags must be intact

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • Invoice copy required

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased on clearance sale

  • Used or washed items

  • Items without tags

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp / Email

  2. Share order ID and product images

  3. Our team will review and approve

  4. Pickup will be arranged (if applicable)

5. Refund Process

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection

  • Refund will be credited to original payment method  

  • if any refund approved by the company it will be credited within 7 working days to your originial source account
